Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.

We know it’s hard to wait! That’s why we offer a number of different shipping methods. Shipping prices are dependent upon the item(s) you purchased, and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered. Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time your order is placed.

Item Selection And Packaging

All of our items are hand selected, inspected, and packaged so that they may reach you in good condition. All screws are pre-installed. Why do we do this? We do this so that the proper screws for each item fit properly. Plus, this insures that the item(s) arrive with the correct screws in your shipment. If, for some reason, your item(s) arrive missing any of their parts, please contact us as quickly as possible.

International Shipping Fees, Duties, Customs, And Tax Fees

Please be aware that the shipping charges assessed for international are only an estimate. We have done our best to estimate, however, there maybe an additional request for shipping charges if they are excessive. In addition, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes imposed by your country. These additional fees are not within SYNH control and assessed by the individual’s governing body.
